How many hours a month do I need to volunteer for?
We request a minimum commitment of 3 hours per month.
What can I do as a volunteer?
Volunteers can:
  • Help out at special events.
  • Assist with special projects in our office.
  • Help out with information to assist travelers in distress.

What does the volunteer training include?
Volunteers attend a 3-hour training session, held on a Saturday morning, and then a 1-hour follow-up session during a weekday or an evening at our office.
When do I get my official identification badge?
Volunteers receive a badge after completing both phases of the training.
