How many hours a month do I need to volunteer for?
We request a minimum commitment of 3 hours per month.
What can I do as a volunteer?
- Help out at special events.
- Assist with special projects in our office.
- Help out with information to assist travelers in distress.
What does the volunteer training include?
Volunteers attend a 3-hour training session, held on a Saturday morning, and then a 1-hour follow-up session during a weekday or an evening at our office. The next volunteer training will be held in 2010, at a date to be determined.
When do I get my official identification badge?
Volunteers receive a badge after completing both phases of the training.
How do I apply to be a volunteer?
Complete the attached volunteer application form and email, fax, or mail it to our office.
